She focuses on designing practical, effective health and safety systems for the construction sector and understands the challenges businesses face in accessing and implementing reliable safety advice. Evette holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (NZ), is a Professional Member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM), a certified SafePlus Assessor, and is listed on the HASANZ register.
Melissa is based in NZ and has 12 years of extensive industry experience, with 7 years specifically in manufacturing and construction. She holds a New Zealand Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management (level 6) and additional certifications in training and investigations. As a Professional Health and Safety member of NZISM and a listed member on the HASANZ register, Melissa’s expertise covers a wide range of areas, including investigations, site assessments, contractor management, hazard/risk management, emergency and incident management, and psychosocial health. Melissa is dedicated to developing a proactive approach with our customers to increase worker safety and mental well-being.
Allan, based in New Zealand, brings 14 years of experience in the health and safety sector, combining hands-on knowledge with a commitment to clear, practical guidance. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Carpentry, a Level 7 Graduate Certificate in Health and Safety Management, and is a Professional Member of NZISM as well as HASANZ registered. He has a vast array of experience, especially in high hazard heavy industries, from construction through to chemicals and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Allan excels at translating complex safety protocols into straightforward, everyday language.
Jo, based in New Zealand, has 14 years of experience with HazardCo, offering extensive health and safety expertise across diverse industries. Over the last 9 years, Jo has been a trusted advisor to HazardCo customers, providing practical health and safety guidance and incident response support. Jo holds a National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NZ) and is a Practitioner Member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM), reinforcing a strong commitment to professional safety standards.
Glenn, based in Australia, brings over 15 years of experience in health and safety across diverse industries, including construction, mining, and major events. He has worked across most Australian states with businesses of all sizes, specializing in guiding safe behavior around hazards and managing risk. Glenn holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (AUS) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety.

Rob is a dedicated Health and Safety professional boasting over 8 years of experience in consultancy and training and a total of 26 years in the construction environment. As a member of TechIOSH, Rob holds NEBOSH certifications in both Construction and Fire Safety. He possesses extensive knowledge of the implementation of the CDM 2015 regulations, ensuring compliance and promoting safe practices on site. Beyond his technical skills, Rob is passionate about mental health and well-being in the workplace. As an accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor, Rob strives to create supportive environments for all workers in the construction sector.
